The Black Madonnas

The Black Madonnas were a London based rock ‘n’ roll band formed in 2001 by vocalist and guitarist Leo Whetter and drummer Dave Fisher.

The bands sound blends blues, rock, aggression, melodic hooks and a liberal dose of cool to produce compelling garage rock music.

Signed to the Truck label the band released their debut album ‘The Black Madonnas Have Stolen The Moon’ in 2005.
