Ben Dubuisson

Bristol based producer Ben Dubuisson is the man behind the musical project Hundred Strong.

His first LP released under the Hundred Strong name was 1999’s , ‘Strength Of A Hundred’ on Hombre Records, which featured collaborations with respected hip-hop artists from all over the globe including local crew Apsects to London stalwarts Taskforce through to A-Trak and All Natural from Canada and the US. The second Hundred Strong album, ‘Basement Blues’, was released to widespread critical acclaim in 2005 and featured another diverse range of guest vocalists including Joseph Malik and soul singer Alison Crockett. The release showed a great progression in Hundred Strong’s abstract hip-hop and basement soul sound. Dubuisson continues to pursue new musical ground, honing his sound and continuing to collaborate with a rich variety of artists including the legendary Amp Fiddler, J Todd and hip-hop/reggae band Serocee amongst others.
