Graham Lewis

He Said was the name used by Wire member Graham Lewis for his solo releases in the 1980s.

‘Hail’, the first He Said album was released by Mute Records in 1986 and saw Lewis take a more electronic approach than he was previously known for. This represented the natural progression that much of the post-punk and experimental music of the time was taking. In 1989 Lewis released the second album under the He Said moniker, ‘Take Care’, which would be the bands last release to date.
