Starting off as singer / songwriter, Henning Fuchs’ work includes concert music, film scoring, songs and various album productions. His songs and instrumental compositions have been nominated and awarded many times and embrace a wide range of styles and genres. Henning collaborates with various artists from all over the world. He produced a couple of studio albums with his band sabanova and toured Germany and Austria. Through a scholarship of LiveMusicNow (an initiative by Yehudi Menuhin) he also played in hospitals and social facilities. Henning’s classical compositions have been performed by various ensembles in Russia. In 2015 he performed together with the Orchestra of the Composer’s Union at the 10th anniversary of the German Embassy in Yekatarinburg.

Henning’s current project A NEW BEGINNING celebrates silence and stillness of the mind. The album was recorded at Emil Berliner Studios by Philip Krause, mixed at Soho Sound Kitchen London by Goetz B. and mastered at Abbey Road by Simon Gibson. The concept album features international acclaimed musicians such as Manu Delago (hang drum), Maria Todtenhaupt (harp) and Elfa Rún Kristinsdóttir (violin). A NEW BEGINNING is an audio visual live performance on stage feat. live sampling and animation.

In the years 2012–2016 Henning worked closely with Max Richter on film, album and theatre related projects. He graduated as Diplom Film Composer from the Film University Babelsberg „Konrad Wolf“ and got a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts with Honours, Class I, in Performing Arts (Music) at Sir Paul McCartney’s Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. He also initiated an exchange program with the Royal College of Music London and took masterclasses with Patrick Doyle and Michael Giacchino.
