Henrik Lindstrand is a Swedish piano player and film score composer, also known for being the keyboard player of Kashmir, one of Scandinavia’s most successful rock bands.

Based in Copenhagen, Henrik has written scores for a large number of feature films, series and documentaries.

In 2007 Henrik was nominated for his first award, Danish Cinema’s prestigious Robert Award for the score of the Zentropa feature film “Ekko”. In a short period of time he added credits for animation, commercials, documentaries, TV and short films alongside an ever expanding list of feature films by prominent Scandinavian Directors including Ole Christian Madsen, Jesper W. Nielsen, Anders Morgenthaler and others. He recently scored the Danish/Swedish/German TV series “Greyzone” which will air worldwide during 2018/19.

In 2017 Henrik released his critically acclaimed debut “Leken”, a solo piano album that echoes his cinematic background and can in part be understood as a companion to a non-existing Lindstrand documentary, as evident in the track names, practically geo-tagging key locations from his past and present life.
