For most of the noughties, Jamie Lenman was the singer, guitarist, and songwriter for underground heroes Reuben. Their combination of brutal riffs, heartfelt melodies, and frank, intelligent lyrics, combined with their explosive live shows won over an army of fans. Lenman’s solo material sees him develop and refine these ideas with an added emphasis on danceable rhythms and digital elements, most recently heard on 2017’s “Devolver”.
