Kneecap, a rap trio from West Belfast, comprises of Mo Chara, Móglaí Bap, and DJ Próvaí.

Merging Irish with English, satire with socially conscious lyrics, and reality with absurdity, theirs is a voice that comes screaming from the too-often deprived areas of the North of Ireland, speaking in a language that is too often ignored, and it makes for suitably electrifying stuff.

They first began releasing music in 2017 with the single ‘C.E.A.R.T.A.’ (‘RIGHTS’ in English), a response to the Irish Language Act. Their first album 3CAG was released in 2018 followed by the release of various singles such as ‘Get Your Brits Out’.

There seems to be no stopping their spectacular rise, with sold-out tours in the US and UK and even bigger plans to come.
