Johann Johannsson Wins Golden Globe Award—
Mute Song is extremely proud to report that Johann Johannsson’s brilliant score for “The Theory Of Everything” has won the 72nd Golden Globe award in the ‘Best Original Score – Motion Picture’ category.
Johannsson beat off competition from Alexandre Desplat (‘The Imitation Game’), Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross (‘Gone Girl’), Antonio Sanchez (‘Birdman’) and Hans Zimmer (‘Interstellar’) to receive the award in the star studded ceremony held in Los Angeles.
