Nadine Khouri is a London-based singer and songwriter.
An early devotee of the dreamy melancholia of Mazzy Star and Sparklehorse, Khouri began her career as an acoustic singer-songwriter in New York, self-releasing her first EP ‘A Song to the City’. Returning to London, she was eventually discovered by legendary producer John Parish (PJ Harvey) for her singular voice and began writing songs for what would become her LP, ‘The Salted Air’ released in 2017. A haunting, atmospheric collection of poetic meditations on loss and transformation, the album earned plaudits from the likes of MOJO, Q, and was selected as one of Rough Trade’s Albums of the Year.
In 2018, her second EP ‘A New Dawn’ was released.
Khouri has toured across the UK and Europe, sharing the stage with artists such as Low, Josh T. Pearson, Aldous Harding, Howe Gelb, and many more.
