Alessandro Cortini

Alessandro Cortini is an Italian-born composer and electronic musician whose work explores emotional expression through synthesised and processed sound. After relocating to the United States in 1998 to pursue his musical practice, he became known for his contributions to Nine Inch Nails and How To Destroy Angels, while also developing a distinctive solo language rooted in modular synthesis and performance systems.
