Atomic Hooligan is the breakbeat production duo of Matt Welch and Terry Ryan, working as DJs, remixers and producers known for fusing breakbeat with elements of electronic, hip-hop and dance music.

The pair have released a series of influential records, including the albums ‘You Are Here’ and ‘Sex, Drugs and Blah, Blah, Blah’.
