Clock DVA
Clock DVA are pioneering figures in late 20th-century experimental music, associated with the development of industrial, electronic and electro-acoustic sound alongside contemporaries such as Throbbing Gristle and Cabaret Voltaire. Founded by Adi Newton, the group emerged from a multidisciplinary practice rooted in visual art, theatre and sound exploration. Early works such as Thirst and later releases including Buried Dreams are regarded as landmark statements in experimental electronic music, noted for their fusion of atmospheric composition, mechanical rhythm and conceptual depth.
