Happy Families

Happy Families are a London-based electronic project led by singer, songwriter and artist Lucia Rivero. The project emerged as a collaborative outlet alongside composer, multi-instrumentalist and producer Lawrence Chandler (Bowery Electric) drawing on their respective backgrounds in installation art, contemporary classical music and experimental sound practice. The music of Happy Families work combines voice, synthesisers and textural guitar techniques to create dense, immersive electronic compositions that blur song structure and sound design.
