He Said was the solo project of Graham Lewis, best known as a member of Wire, through which he explored a more electronic and experimental approach to songwriting and sound. Released on Mute Records, the He Said recordings reflect the evolving relationship between post-punk and electronic music, combining atmospheric production, textural innovation and Lewis’s distinctive artistic vision.
