Heather Leigh

Heather Leigh is a pedal steel guitarist, vocalist and composer whose work expands the instrument’s expressive possibilities through a distinctive blend of improvisation, psychedelic rock, experimental sound and Americana. Her music explores themes of desire, memory, vulnerability and fantasy, while her acclaimed solo recordings and collaborations, including with Peter Brötzmann, have established her as a singular voice in contemporary experimental music.
