Immersion is a sound-art duo comprising Colin Newman (Wire, Githead) and Malka Spigel (Minimal Compact, Githead). Emerging in the early 1990s, project spans experimental electronic and collaborative work, balancing self-contained releases with partnerships. Their catalog includes contrasting works ‘Low Impact’ and ‘Sleepless’, alongside the Nanocluster series with collaborators Tarwater, Laetitia Sadier, Ulrich Schnauss, Scanner, Thor Harris, Cubzoa, and SUSS.
