The Oozes

The Oozes are a London-based queer punk band known for an uncompromising, high-energy approach that blends political urgency with abrasive, melodic punk influences. Led by core members Tom Gilbert and Ciara Clarke, the project has evolved through shifting line-ups while maintaining a consistent focus on raw performance and collaborative spirit. Their sound draws on riot grrrl traditions, classic punk riffing and forceful vocal delivery, underpinned by a driving rhythm section.
