Jóhann Jóhannsson nominated for World Soundtrack Award—
Mute Song is proud to announce that Jóhann Jóhannsson has been nominated in the Best Film Composer of the Year category at this year’s World Soundtrack Awards. The nomination comes for Jóhann’s work on ‘Last and First Men’; ‘Mandy’; ‘Mary Magdalene’ (co-composed with Hildur Guðnadóttir); ‘The Butcher, the Whore and the One-Eyed Man’ and ‘The Mercy’.
The winners are announced on October 17th.
