Post Cocteau, Guthrie remains a distinctive musical voice and has released a string of critically acclaimed albums and EPs featuring his trademark layered, effect-heavy guitar, instrumental dream pop, as well as participating in a number of celebrated collaborations with, amongst others, Harold Budd and John Foxx.
